(upbeat music) - Time is almost running out for you to catch a summer tour of Park City's historic McPolin Farm Barn.

It's a rare chance to experience an interactive history lesson that's 104 years in the making.

Paige Galvin and Jaelee Watanabe are here to share more.

Thank you so much for being here.

- Thank you so much for having us, Liz.

- So tell me how the tours work.

How do people sign up and get involved to do it?

- So you go to parkcity.gov website and search for seasonal events, and that brings you to a page to purchase the tickets.

They're $10 a ticket, so very accessible for everyone, locals and visitors alike.

And we offer them three times during the summer, July, August, and September.

So the last one of the year is coming up on Saturday, September 12th.

We offer two tours, one at 4:00 and one at 5:30.

- And Jaelee Watanabe, what is your kind of experience doing the tours and seeing people come?

What kind of interactions do you have?

- It is so amazing because most people have been past the McPolin Farm and Barn on 224, and they've never had an opportunity to go inside and experience this 104-year-old piece of history.

So they love it, and they love learning about dairy farming and Park City's past.

- And why is this something that you've done year after year, opening this up for the community?

- As you already know, perhaps, we all drive past the McPolin Farm thousands of times but never get the chance to go inside of it.

And the Park City history is not just mining and skiing, but it also is farming and agriculture.

And so this is a chance to show the community more about Park City history that we don't often learn about.

And in addition to that, it's one of Park City's and Utah's most iconic landmarks.

And so this is one of the rare opportunities we all get a chance to go inside.

- Yeah, I hear that, and I hear that people love taking photos there as well.

- Absolutely.
